Limitation of Liability

Waiver of Jury Trial

Governing Law; Statute of Limitations

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles.  Any dispute relating to your use of the website or these Terms shall be brought solely in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action or dispute arising hereunder.
