Justin HangController
Justin is the Controller at Browning West, where he is responsible for managing the accounting process and other non-investment related activities. Before joining Browning West in May 2022, he spent nearly three years as a Senior Fund Accountant at Shamrock Capital Advisors, an investment management firm specializing in buyouts, growth equity, recapitalizations, and entertainment intellectual property. At Shamrock, Justin was an integral part of the accounting & finance team. He was responsible for managing the accounting processes of multiple investment funds, financial operations of the management company, and third-party service providers. Justin also served as an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young in their Financial Services Group, where he spent two years serving Private Equity, Business Development Companies, and other asset management clients.
Justin is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
