Peter LeeCo-Founder and Partner
Peter is a Co-Founder and Partner at Browning West, where he is a member of the investment team. Prior to joining Browning West in April 2019, Peter was an Investment Associate at Criterion Capital Management LLC, where he was responsible for identifying and researching investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
Previously, Peter was a Senior Associate at Grey Mountain Partners LP, a private equity firm focused on middle market companies in the industrial and services sectors. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Frères.
Currently, Peter serves on the board of directors of Gildan Activewear, where he is the Chair of the Compensation & Human Resources Committee and sits on the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee.
Previously, Peter served on the board of Countryside Properties plc and was a member of the Nominations Committee.
Peter earned his B.A. from Carleton College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
