Sam GreenChief Financial Officer
Sam is Chief Financial Officer at Browning West, where he is responsible for all non-investment related activities.
Prior to joining Browning West in February 2022, he spent over seven years as Controller and Head of Fund Operations at Glendon Capital Management, an investment management firm specializing in distressed debt and special situations. At Glendon, Sam was an integral part of the infrastructure team, where he was responsible for managing the financial operations and accounting processes while overseeing firmwide initiatives across marketing, compliance, and investor relations.
Sam also served as an Accounting Manager, where he spent three years at Oaktree Capital Management in the European Principal Private Equity Group. Sam began his career as an audit associate in the asset management division of Deloitte in New York, serving Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients.
Sam is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business.
